THE LOST JERSEY OF ANTIOCH

I didn't think I'd ever see it. Certainly not in south Texas.

But there he stood at the bar... Right before my very eyes.... Watching the Cowboys-Redskins game. Drinking what appeared to be a Bud light (at a bar that had an amazing selection of beer)...

*throws smoke bomb onto floor and waves arms about in a magical, sexy way*

*makes "poof" noise* BEHOLD! The phantom Brady Quinn jersey!!!!!

*ooohs and ahhs from audience*

Rest your eyes upon it, for ye may never see it...AGAIN!

*throws another smoke bomb, disappears into a cloud of sexy smoke*

    'Shopped!

What, you could add in a dude wearing a Ryan Leaf jersey? Couldn't remember Marinovich's number?

Sorry, M. That is not "'Shopped".

He was 20 feet in front of me at a bar in San Antonio over the NYE weekend.

I even have another, more blurry, version of this one. He was in motion and hard to get a clear shot of without being obvious.

And there were other witnesses too.

(You obviously haven't looked at this site much to think that I, Lauren, would use photoshop. I'm an MS paint girl.)

Kidding! It just seemed like the best way to make a Leaf and Marinovich mention.

Phew! I thought we had some mad Brady Quinn fan commenting.

I wasn't sure what to think. All of a sudden down was up and up was down.

You cannot show me the word Antioch without causing me to invoke Monty Python:

"And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
